When it comes to the Maintenance gents that keep the apartments in tip top shape, not only do they come out and fix anything wrong in record time, 24 hrs or less, they leave notes behind to tell you what they fixed. My favorite apartment in Colorado that I have lived in! Staff and maintenance are all professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. The apartment itself is practically perfect. We are so comfortable and happy in our new home! Neighbors are super friendly and love to socialize! If you have dogs, this is a great place to be. Best apartment experience I've had and I wish I could've stayed longer. It's refreshing that interacting with the staff feels like talking to genuine human beings. Moving into the Overlook at Interquest has been amazing. This is our first week here and so far everything has been perfect, apartments are as described, the leasing team is super helpful and we love how clean and maintained all of the amenities are.
