This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here for four years and the staff is incredibly kind, responsive and genuinely cares about it’s tenants. They are always going above and beyond to hold fun events for the residents and put a lot of effort into making sure the property is clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew is amazing, very responsive and always takes care of our needs. Grateful for the whole team!

I’ve lived many places and I can honestly say, I have never lived anywhere that has such a superstar Maintenance team until now. When it comes to the Maintenance gents that keep the apartments in tip top shape, not only do they come out and fix anything wrong in record time, 24 hrs or less, they leave notes behind to tell you what they fixed. They are quick, efficient, and skilled. I trust them to come into my place even when I’m not home to inspect or conduct routine Maintenance.

My favorite apartment in Colorado that I have lived in! Staff and maintenance are all professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. The apartment itself is practically perfect. We are so comfortable and happy in our new home! Neighbors are super friendly and love to socialize! If you have dogs, this is a great place to be. Our dog has so much room to play, walk, and socialize with other dogs at the dog park! I cannot think of one negative thing about living here. Highly recommend!!!

Best apartment experience I've had and I wish I could've stayed longer. It's refreshing that interacting with the staff feels like talking to genuine human beings. I found The Overlook to be quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced, and it overall exceeded my expectations. The property and common area has a lot of charm. I had a great time and made a lot of good memories in my year here. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I’ve only been living at The Overlook at Interquest for almost 2 weeks, but I’m very happy! I love my Standley apartment. Also, they have a very quick response time for maintenance and concerns. Moving into the Overlook at Interquest has been amazing. This is our first week here and so far everything has been perfect, apartments are as described, the leasing team is super helpful and we love how clean and maintained all of the amenities are. This is a great complex for those looking for peace and quiet all the while having lots of things to do within and outside of the apartment complex.
